I am currently working as an HR generalist in a retail bank (private sector). I have been assigned the task of establishing a balanced scorecard for the bank, but I am completely new to this concept, although I have studied the theory behind the balanced scorecard. Due to my lack of hands-on experience, I feel insecure about developing the system for my bank. Therefore, if anyone is more knowledgeable about it, please assist me in dealing with this and provide me with some advice.
