Dear all,

I am currently working as an HR generalist in a retail bank (private sector). I have been assigned the task of establishing a balanced scorecard for the bank, but I am completely new to this concept, although I have studied the theory behind the balanced scorecard. Due to my lack of hands-on experience, I feel insecure about developing the system for my bank. Therefore, if anyone is more knowledgeable about it, please assist me in dealing with this and provide me with some advice.

Hi all,

As mentioned, I am considering and drafting a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for my retail bank. I have reviewed the basic idea of BSC from various sources such as whitepapers, case studies, and practical models. However, I am still in the process of finding a sample BSC developed for a retail bank or within the banking industry.

I would appreciate any assistance from experts on this issue.
