Transitioning from Public to Private Banking: Seeking Recruitment Guidelines for All Levels

PALLAVI SEN
Hi, I have worked as an HR Manager in a Public Sector Bank. Now, I have been hired by a private sector bank that is expanding its operations. I am required to recruit for all levels. Can somebody send me some manual or guidelines (doc/ppt/pdf) on the recruitment methodology to be followed.

Dear Pallavi,

Put the work criteria on paper as follows:

Details:
1) Designations to be filled
2) Number of positions for each designation
3) Job description of each designation

These are the basic requirements. Then, choose a panel of members who are talented and hardworking to assist you in this process. Sharing work not only enhances quality but also reduces the burden on you; there is no comparison to teamwork. Simply gather references from them, and half of your work is complete.

In times of recessions and with many people seeking a change, bank jobs are currently in high demand. If there are marketing positions to be filled, do not take the risk; collaborate with a consultancy for the recruitment process. This should not take more than a week, and it is quite simple, so do not worry. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact me at hrsource.ccc@gmail.com.

Take care!

Yours sincerely,
