May I please get the sample format of an Indemnity Bond to be signed by an employee in favor of the employer before taking up employment?

Instead of relying on surety, follow guidelines laid out under ISO 27001 relating to exhaustive pre-employment checks, workplace surveillance, and NDAs for post-employment, etc. What is the purpose of surety? Are you handing over valuable assets and not comfortable with newcomers? Make the pre-employment check really exhaustive: check all the gaps, major milestones, physical visits, etc. Hire a professional to do it.

We also need to have a sample surety bond as we are hiring employees to be bonded for two years. Kindly send a template. Thanks.
