We are facing a problem while drafting a charge sheet in Hindi as only English and Marathi copies of the Industrial Employment Standing Orders are available in the market. If you know any PSU in Nagpur, then you can see their Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.) and accordingly get your English S.O. translated. PSUs have to necessarily follow Hindi under the Rajbhasha Adhiniyam, THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGES ACT, 1963 (AS AMENDED, 1967).
