can anybody tell me what amendment in employees pension scheme 1995. regarding amt withdrowl from EPS if render pensionable service 10 year or more/ less as per new amendment .

sir I was face interviewone week before , in interview pannel, retired presidend HR ask me this question, I am said there is no amendment, he told that there is amendment and I am withdrowl amt from pension fund even I render service is more than 10 year.thanks for ur co-operation sachin
