I suggest you read quality books like "Good to Great," "Managing Radical Change," and others.

Culture is an intangible, and one needs to have a bottoms-up approach rather than otherwise.

Dear Mohammed,

Some wise person said: "Culture is not a part of the company, it is the company itself." Whereas it is not a really easy task to do so, it must be rooted by the founder with his vision. For the betterment:

Company culture starts with the login of an employee. Punctuality? Wishing the employees? Communication? Emailing? Standing for other shoulders? And so on...!

Please read an article of TR in "35 Great Speeches" (search on Google). An American president addressing the nation on civilization and citizenship will be helpful for you.
