How To Improve Organisation Culture?

Can someone please suggest what are the ways to improve the culture in an organisation, which is in the growth stage?

I suggest you read quality books like good to great, managing radical change, and others.
Culture is an intangible and one needs to have a bottoms up appraoch rather than otherwise.

Dear Mohammed,
Some wise person said: "Culture is not a part of company, It is company it's self". Where as it is not a really easy task to do so, It must be rooted by the founder with his vision. For the betterment:
1. Company culture starts with login of a employee, Punctuality? Wishing the employees? communication? emailing? standing for other shoulders? and so on......!
Please read an article of TR in "35 great speeches" (search in google). American president addressing the nation of civilization and citizenship. will be helpful for you.
