I have been given the task of assissting our web designer to make our website attractive to most of the candidates out there. Either we may alter the already existing CAREER link or create an all new WORK WITH US thread.
:icon13:[The concerned org. is market leader in telecommunication devices, both B2B & B2C]
Plz tell me what all things should I include to fulfill the said purpose.

Dear Devashish
Your purpose is to make the website attractive for new joinees. You will need to have an entire section on HR in that case. You cant make a website in isolation.
This will cover
1. Vacancies in the company
2. Training to the emnployees
3. EX Employee speak and existing employee speak
4. Offshore projects if offered
5. career development path
6. A form that will be a data base where a new person can enter all his / her records

Thanks for yo response.
Your points are really worth cosidering, however, I dint mean to make the website in complete isolation. The purpose is to attract most of the people and encourage them to apply online at the WORK WITH US or CAREER link. Since we already have this section in place, my specific target is to increase the no. of online applicants.

  • No. of positions available
  • Early response from the HR Team

  • Ease of specific job search (keywords etc.)
  • Benefits (fixed and incentives, though not very specific)
  • Higher Education Assistance
  • Contact Details
  • Training Details
