I have a very urgent query. I want to know the required forms, laws, or necessary information that we need to put on the notice board of a company compulsorily, for example, a retail company. Please help. Thank you.

You have to put the gist of the following acts on the notice board: Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Maternity Benefit Act.

In addition to this, you are required to write the date of payment, rates of minimum wages, and the name of the area inspector.

3. Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
[Applicable to all establishments]
 Notice of “Officer authorized to receive Notices”
 Form U - Abstract of the Act and Rules - Gratuity

4. Payment of Wages Act & Minimum Wages Act
