I am doing my summer internship in HR at Essar Steel Ltd. I have chosen the project of designing a performance management system. While I have gained an overall understanding of the PMS implemented in the company, I need some suggestions on how to develop a comprehensive project as the information available to me is limited. Please recommend some ways on how to approach and enhance the project, considering the limited time I have left.

Hello, my project is not in any survey format. It's just going to be a study on the PMS of Essar Steel Ltd, its analysis, and give recommendations at the end. That's why I am a little confused about how to go about making a good project with not much content to involve. If you can, then please help with this. I have the overall processes involved in the PMS of the company and the format of all types of forms applicable to it. So, can you suggest some ways to make a project out of this?

Only the manual has been provided to go through the process and give some suggestions. There is no analysis and survey included. It's pretty difficult for me to recommend something based on nothing.
