Attendance bonus policies are usually used in manufacturing companies that have a big "production chain," such as garment manufacturing. Each worker plays an important role in the team, so the attendance bonus policy is very crucial (a key policy in improving productivity).

The bonus structure can be as follows:
- Above 5 days: no bonus
- 3-5 days: $15/month
- 1-3 days: $25/month
- 0 days: $30/month
