If you are asking for statutory records under labour laws then plz first examine the relevant acts which are applicale to your unit. Different time period is provided under different laws. An inspector can demand records for twelve months from the last entry made therein under the Payment of Wages Act,1936 while it is three years under the Minimum Wages Act,1948 & thus we have to see the provisions of maintaining & production of records under the labour laws. Plz try & fin out.
