Received a show-cause notice from the inspector of factories for the offense under sec. 6 r/w rule (3)(1)

Hi, I had received a show-cause notice from the inspector of factories for the offense under sec. 6 r/w rule (3)(1) (ie. for not having factory approved plan). now we had applied for new plan and it was in process. kindly give me a format reply letter for the show cause notice.

Dear prabakaran. s hr - manager Reference & subject material of show cause notice is in your hand, then why are not able to prepare the reply to the notice served by the Inspector of Factories at your own level.
