How Should I Respond to a Show-Cause Notice from the Inspector of Factories?

Hi, I had received a show-cause notice from the Inspector of Factories for the offense under Section 6 r/w Rule (3)(1) (i.e., for not having a factory-approved plan). Now, we have applied for a new plan, and it is in process. Kindly provide me with a format for the reply letter to the show-cause notice.

Reference & subject material of the show cause notice is in your hand, so why are you not able to prepare the reply to the notice served by the Inspector of Factories at your own level? Being the HR Manager, you are supposed to prepare the reply. Please go ahead and try.
