Why does employees' performance vary after the HR resourcing process?
If the incumbant isn't checked rightly on the organisational cultural fit the performance could vary, the energy levels can drop down. The cultural fit plays a major role & has greater impact on the incumbant while accomodating himself within the team. (cultural fit can be: Religion, Son of the soil, Language, People & his / her interpersonal skills, Place of work, Ambience etc..)
