Hello Seniors,
I am working in an IT Comapny which has registers office in US but functioning, software development is done in Indian office. the company is bascally an 'LLC' company.
I want to know what Indian laws goven an LLC company registerd in foreign country? I feel there must be some law governing such companies as to function here they have to register themselves?Do such companies have to follow all laws of the land they function in? Also i would like to know the laws governing Indian IT Industry?
Looking forward to my queries being answered.....

Dear
Leaving aside the Factories Act,1948 all other Central & state Laws will also be applicable to I.T.industry but at the same time this is to be seen that how many number of employees are employed in the unit & where your unit is situated. State laws differ from state to state. There are about two dozens of labour laws applicable in India to the organised working class but one have to go through the proviso of applicability in each & every law for finalizing the applicability of different Labour Laws.

Dear Mallik,
After one year of experience with from service industry I shifted to Manufacturing Industry(Paper Plant). These people haven't started the production yet. As it is a sister concern to another elctrical manufacturing company I would like to go for an induction which helps me in implementing HR policies at this paper plant.
Kindly suggest me what are the areas I can cover in manufactuirng industry.
Thanks & Regards
