Separate letter with a congratulation note will go well with employee.As you have already sent email once the revised salary details are mentioned in the salary slip it will hold good.
Kindly help me out with mail format . i want do mass mailing to all the employees about changes in the paystructure as we are introducing PF in our organisation.
