How Long Do We Have to Deposit Unpaid Wages to the Labor Welfare Board? Seeking Advice!

I'm working with B.K. Birla Group as a Senior Officer.

We are sending bonus checks to former employees by RPAD to their permanent address, but in some cases, we received them back because the address has changed or due to other reasons. Now, we want to submit the same to the Labor Welfare Board. Can anyone tell me the time limit for depositing unpaid wages (how many years)?
