Hello everyone,
I am working as the HR head in a ready-made garment industry with approximately 900-1000 employees. I want to terminate a few employees from one of the departments as they are not performing well and are also instigating other employees to create unnecessary problems and unionism.
I have warned them many times to improve their performance, but there have been no positive results. Typically, after three warning letters and a show-cause notice, we can terminate an employee. However, in this case, the individual has a good relationship with the labor leader and the prominent politician in town. Issuing a show-cause notice could potentially create issues.
I require your suggestions on how to handle this situation effectively.
