Forced Distribution/bell Shaped Curve - DOC Download

Hi friends
I am currently studing in the last semester of MMS with HR as my specialisation. As part of our curriculum, students have to work on an University-Specialisation project. My project title is "Forced Distribution as a tool for Performance Management"
i have prepared the attached questionnaire as part of the primary research for the University specialization project. it would be very kind of you, if you answer it. pls send it back at the earliest (as the deadline is 13th march). if students are answering the Questionnaire, they can mention their institute instead of Organisation. Students with work ex need to fill doc name "questionnaire- students- work ex".

I am doing a project on performance management system as part of my internship of MBA. Can anybody suggest me the directions like can i link it with some other HR function. I am confused about it details, and i don't want to do a theoritical project.

What exactly in performance management are you working on?You can form questionnaires and evaluate how effective the entire performance management system is of ur company...

hi nashbramhall, i did not get any reply from any online forums. although i conducted a primary research with a sample size of 57 (students with and without workex). if dats gud enough for u, giv me ur email id, i'll forward my report 2 u.
