Following things are required for a contractor:

1. Registration certificate of contractor (if the number of contractors is more than 20).
2. PF & ESIC numbers.
3. Statutory registers.

In my current company, there are no contract laborers, and we are facing manpower problems. Therefore, management has decided to hire a labor contractor.
