Understanding Monthly Administration Charges for PF When You Have No Employees

Dear All,

If any company does not have an employee, then we have to submit administration charges. If yes, what charges do we have to pay monthly? Please help with this topic.

Dear Sir,

If no contribution is deducted in the PF head from any employee, no administrative charges are to be deposited.

Dear,

Have a nice day. Your establishment is covered under the EPF and MP Act, 1952. If you have no employees, then you must remit administrative charges of a minimum of 7 (seven) rupees per month only with the combined P.F. challan. It is compulsory, i.e., a/s. no 2 five rupees and a/c. 22 two rupees, and at year-end, you submit a NIL annual return.
