Understanding Compensation Structures and Industry Comparisons

Hi all,

This is with regards to the compensation structure. Could we have some percentage splits of each of the various components in the compensation structure (CTC, Net, Gross, Basic...) across industries? Let's say for IT, ITES, FMCG, Pharma, Auto, Consultancy, Financial Setup, and Government.
