Does anyone know about Excel work? I want to learn about Excel workflow. Can you please tell me? I want to know how to format cells in Excel, how to create hyperlinks, and all the details about Excel. Please help me. Also, I want to understand the preparation of ESI, PF, Gratuity, and monthly/anual returns. If you know any good books, please inform me. The format is good, but there is no consideration in case of Joint Contribution/voluntary contribution if that exceeds.

It is not easy to learn Excel from a book; you need to enroll in a basic class first and then practice, practice, practice. Once you have learned the basics, you can use a book to help you with other functions. There are numerous books on Excel, so no one can recommend one to you. I suggest you look first at Excel for Dummies; it should be available at any good bookshop in India, I think. There is also a lot of material posted here on CiteHR about Excel. Just use the Download box at the top of the page to find it.
