I agree with all of your points and with utter due respect to everyone's comment I would like to make the following points.
1. It was commented that the HRs in MNC collects the required database and says that the requirement is closed.
But from where is this database collected, from Naukri and Monster...
Don't you think that these MNCs have their own logins.
On the other hand would it be not true that the openings really got freezed....???
2. It is simple... if you want to work in this field with big MNCs along with an ocean filled of competitors, its better to put on a thinking cap and consult about other facets of HR functions....
Because as it is the recruitment consultancy is the easiest of them all....
3. I myself come from the ocean of Consultancy...
but a fresher never view it as his career, instead he takes it as any easy way towards the corporate world...
Do you think this individual would need help of any recruiting consultancy...
4. I appreciate recruitment consultancies giving jobs to freshers (Paying Peanut's shells) even less than a person in call center.....
Where does ethics come into picture now....???
According to me this is a waste of investment that any companies would do with such unethical consultants.....
