Looking for Fun and Creative Ideas for Our Next Freaky Friday Team Event!

Hi All,
In our Company, every month we do freaky friday. We usually try to do funny but team building event like last friday, we did funny dress competition and Treasure hunt.
For this week, I need your ideas for conducting this event.
It'll be a great pleasure, if you send me some ideas on this ID

Dear Neha,

I have a small query here. Do you have a plan to measure the impact of these fun team-building activities? Do you have means to measure changes in:

a) Organizational Culture
b) Productivity
c) Attrition, etc.

Possibly, Freaky Friday may remove the dreariness of employees, but cultural issues may remain in situ. I would not like to discourage you, but if the organization's time is spent on any activity, then ROI has to be attached to it.
