I've been chosen to lead the recruitment team for a start-up call center. Since we're still trying to build internal capability, we thought of getting the services of a headhunter/recuitment agency to help us out. Initially, we're going to hire 5 recruiters this week.
My question is, is there a formula/computation that I can use to identify how many staffs I would need within the next few months? I don't want to be hiring a lot of people in the beginning only to be overstaffed in the end. At the same time, I don't want the team to be understaffed.
I would be very greatful to anyone who can help me in this concern.
