Hi Mrunal,
It is really a good PPT bringing out the need and differences between HR Audit vis-avs HRD audit.
I just have one observation. I think there is a Typo error in slide No.31, where there is a comparison betwwen HRD audit and PCMM. Points no.2 & 3 have got interchanged.

There is one additional error on this slide also. It limits the use of P-CMM to the software industry. That limitattion is an urban myth. That was the industry that first saw the need for P-CMM, because of its work with CMM, but P-CMM is not limited (in use or by design) to software. It is widely used in BPO, and even Club Mahindra has used it.

I have come accross ao many questions, ppt, docs regarding the same.even then..
1.whether the Hr audit can be conducted by internal Hr executives or to be conducted by external consultants.
Suggest me with some consultants located at chennai to conduct compen & ben , salary surveys, salary benchmarking process.
