MIS comes in various forms sweety, you can maintain a seperate MIS for Recruitments, T&D, Appraisal, Attrition. You can also create a centric data of each employee. at present I am adding two xl forms for leaves report and a genreal update format. mail me ur mail id, so that i can kep sending the various Mis forms. The two forms attached are to keep a track on the leaves of the employees and a general HR report for the reporting purpose
