What After MBA- SAP Or M.A Sociology?

Ranjani4u
Dear Seniors,
Pls help me with your guidance. I have finished my MBA in HR. I wanted to specialise in HR and have a career in it. Which course do you think I should pursue to make myself more specialized in HR- M.A Sociology(bcoz some of my friends told me that it would be helpful for HR), or PGDHRM or a SAP-ERP course? And is there any difference between SAP and ERP or anything else? If so wats the difference?
Iam currently working as a HR executive in a IT company. I wanted to continue my education through part time or distance education. So pls tell me if any of the institutes conducting weekend or distance learning program in Chennai on any of the above courses.
Please help me out. Waiting for ur valuable reply.
Regards

you have already did your MBA-HR what else you want to do or left to become specialist?
If you did masters through MBA -HR means you are now become Master in HR which is Specialisation in HR. Do you mean that this is not degree to recognised for or as specialist in HR even if you did Masters, this is ridiculous.

It's like after become MBBS he wants to become doctor.....:-D

You did MBA-HR now you want to become HR Specialist..FUNNY...

Have you did your matriculation or your next aim is to do Matriculation.......:icon6:

You Have To Use Common Sense. Sap-hr Is Different From Pure Hardcore Hr Or Hr Specialist Jobs.
Sap - Hr Is Technology Driven Software Programming Tool For Employee Data Management.
Employee Management Is Different From Their Electronic Data Managements.
