Dear Seniors,
Please help me with your guidance. I have finished my MBA in HR and wish to specialize in HR for my career. I am considering further courses to enhance my expertise in HR. Some of my friends suggested pursuing an M.A. in Sociology as it could be beneficial for HR. Alternatively, I am contemplating between a PGDHRM program or a SAP-ERP course. Can you please clarify if there is a distinction between SAP and ERP, or are they the same? If there is a variance, what exactly is it?
I am currently employed as an HR executive in an IT company and am looking to continue my education through part-time or distance learning. Kindly inform me if there are any institutes in Chennai offering weekend or distance learning programs for the aforementioned courses.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated. I look forward to your valuable response.

You have already completed your MBA in HR. What else do you want to do or achieve to become a specialist? Obtaining a master's degree in MBA-HR means you are now a Master in HR, specializing in HR. It is absurd to suggest that this degree is not recognized for becoming a specialist in HR, considering you have completed your Masters.
It's like someone with an MBBS degree wanting to become a doctor... :-D
Having completed your MBA in HR, do you now aspire to become an HR specialist? Quite amusing...
Have you completed your matriculation, or is your next goal to pursue matriculation... :icon6:
