Retrenchment Policy

Hi All,

My company (Telecom Product Development Company) is planning to retrench 20 people. Please let me know
1. The retrenchment process
2. Do we need to pay Severance pay
3. Do I need to send a notice to Government Body
4. What would be the retrenchment amount I need to pay to the employee, and how do I calculate it?
