Navigating UAE HR Procedures: Need Help with Visa and Repatriation Forms?

I am in the UAE working as an HR Administrator. I need to have HR procedures and forms related to UAE government policies, including visa formalities, until the repatriation. If it is ISO approved, then it will be better.

It was useful. However, the private sector and most companies will have different formats and policies. I will share what I have learned here in the UAE over the past 6 years.

I am an HR final-year student working on my MRP (Major Research Paper) based on Organizational Culture: a comparison between India and Dubai. I am using the OCTAPACE profile in it, but I need information on HRM in Dubai/UAE. Can anyone provide me with detailed information on the aforementioned?

I am in the process of making an employee handbook for the employees based out of Sharjah. Can someone please share the mandatory and prevalent policies for the same? For example, types of leaves, process of availment, and whether annual and sick leaves can be combined, etc.
