(For UAE) HR Procedures, Policies, Manual And Forms (All Formats)

Dear all,
I am in UAE working as a HR Administrator. I need to have HR Procedures and Forms related to UAE Govt. policies including visa formalities till the depatriation. If it is ISO approved than it will be better.

It was useful. But, the private sector and most of the companies will have a different formats, policies.
I will post what I have with me, which I learnt here in UAe since past 6 years.

Hi!!!! I dont know if it was useful to hasan or not but it was very useful to me!!! I am HR final year student and working on my MRP( Major Research Paper) based on Organisation culture: a comparison between India and Dubai. I am using OCTAPACE profile in it, but I need to have information on HRM in Dubai/UAE.
Can anyone give me detailed information on aforementioned?

Write to me in detail what kind information you are looking for? I worked with a company in Sharjah for 6 years and now the company is ISO certified. I can provide you the work flowchart, manuals, Application forms and rules/regulation of company, as well as UAE Labor law.
