Seeking Innovative HR Project Ideas: How Can I Stand Out with My PGDBA Work?

Hi, this is Aruna. I've completed my IV semester exams of PGDBA (HR) and now need to complete my project work. I need some guidance as I want to pursue a project that is different and truly useful. Not a typical project like Training & Development or something similar, but something innovative and practical. It should not only earn me marks but also stand out from the ordinary. Please suggest some areas on which I can focus.
