Navigating Campus Placements: How Can I Take Initiative with a Separate TPO?

As a Placement Executive in the very big group, Raisoni Group of Institutions, which is a conglomerate of 40+ institutions, we have our Training & Placement Officer. However, as a Placement Executive, I also have to invite companies to our campus. I am unsure how to approach this since there is a separate TPO. How can I take the initiative in this regard?

I am handling a project on Campus Hiring. I am not sure how to approach the colleges. Is there any letter format that we can share with colleges? If so, please share the same. I believe we also need to prepare the company's website. Can anyone assist with that?
