Has someone of the members, as a HR person, introduced a work-life balance program in his/her organization?
How did you introduce? What are the features of the program?
Do you think it is possible to bring company initiated work-life balance programs in Indian organizations at present? Or, it will take time for Indian organizations to share responsibility for employee's work-life balance?
Do you think organization should consider taking this responsibility?
