Has any member, in the capacity of an HR professional, introduced a work-life balance program in their organization? How did you introduce it? What are the features of the program?
Do you think it is possible to implement company-initiated work-life balance programs in Indian organizations currently? Or, will it take time for Indian organizations to acknowledge the responsibility for employees' work-life balance? Do you believe organizations should consider taking on this responsibility?
