Dear All,

Has any member, in the capacity of an HR professional, introduced a work-life balance program in their organization? How did you introduce it? What are the features of the program?

Do you think it is possible to implement company-initiated work-life balance programs in Indian organizations currently? Or, will it take time for Indian organizations to acknowledge the responsibility for employees' work-life balance? Do you believe organizations should consider taking on this responsibility?

CiteHR members, please share your ideas.

Dear Mr. Govardhan,

We admire that you, as an HR professional, believe in the concept of work-life balance in your organization. Indeed, globally, corporations give tremendous importance to the value of human capital and impart work-life balance skills. With these skills, employees can be happier, healthier, more fulfilled personally - and more productive and satisfied on the job.

In fact, we at MetroNirvana.com have developed a powerful program called PowerJuvenation. This program is a combination of clinically proven techniques that help not only promote work-life wellness but also combat stress in the busiest of workday environments!

The essence of professional satisfaction not only lies in understanding the employees' monetary needs but also their latent needs like mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. A successful organization will benefit from a corporate philosophy driven by these work-life balance values.
