I am implementing the performance management system for the first time in my organization, along with my boss. We have decided to adopt a 180-degree appraisal. We have completed the design of the appraisal form. Now, I have to prepare a manual that will explain how to proceed with the appraisal (like a ready reckoner). Can any of you help me with the inputs, please?
