I am pursuing my MBA in HR and working as an HR Executive. I have been asked to prepare an Induction Manual for Confismile, an oral hygiene spa. Could you please guide me on where I can find the necessary material for preparation and what are the main points that should be included in the manual?

An Induction Manual and Employee Handbook are essentially the same thing. I am attaching a sample of the Employee Handbook for your review.

The Induction Manual contains the following topics:
1) Introduction about the Company
2) Organisation's Branches and factories (with names and addresses)
3) List of Board Directors
4) All HR Policies
5) Office Rules & Regulations (Office Timings, Punch card)
6) Exit Interview Procedures
