Worried About Your PF? How to Claim It Without Your Employer's Signature

Dear Seniors,

I am working for a Pharma company. Due to some unavoidable issues with my boss, I really want to leave this job. I am sure if I leave the company, he will surely hold my salary and PF. My PF accumulation is of a quite good amount.

I just want to know, if my employer doesn't sign my PF forms, is there any other way I can claim it? Does an employee not have any right to claim for their own money?

Isn't there any way innocent employees can claim their PF? No law in favor of employees?

Relax... Even people don't bother to answer my questions. I would appreciate it if you could have a look at them. In my name as given above. Now, your answer.

YES, THERE IS A WAY. AS PER LAW, NO ORGANIZATION CAN HOLD AN EMPLOYEE'S PF. IF YOU COME TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY DOING IT, REPORT THE MATTER TO THE LABOUR COURT OR TO THE PF AUTHORITIES REGARDING THE IRREGULARITY OR FAILURE ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANIES TO THE LABOUR LAW. BUT PLEASE HAVE YOUR PF NUMBER READY WITH YOU OR AVAILABLE SO THAT YOU CAN INFORM THE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAME.

Hi All,

I have the same doubt regarding PF claims. What assistance can the labor court or the PF claim office provide to employees to support them? What actions can the legal department take against the employer?

Hi All,

I too have the same question. How can the legal department help the employee in getting the PF amount? What actions can the legal department take against the employer?
