New to Designing Company Manuals: What Should I Include in Leave and Compensation Policies?

Hi everybody,

This is Swati. I have recently joined a new company and have been asked to design the new company manual. I want to include the leave policy and compensation policy. Could you please advise me on what to include in these policies and provide me with the headings that I can use in my manual's index?
