Would like to know the different terms that can be used in place of Human Resources.
I know some of the terms for Human Resources as follows:-

• Human Capital
• People Management
• Talent Capital / Management

If u know other terms except these, please do let me know.
Hope to have positive response on this thread.

Shall I assume there are no more words that can be used for Human Resources.
My experienced seniors.........plz speak up.........wat do u say.........atleast someone reply on this post............

Human Capital:
The objective of Huamn Resource is to maximize the return on investment from the organisation Human Capital and minimizing financial risk.
It is the responsiblity of Human Resource Manager to conduct these activities in an effective; legal; fair; and consistent manner.
As you know that HRM serves the key function of; Hiring; Compensation; Evaluation of performance; Promotion; Managing Relation; Planning; Payroll.
How imortant is Human Capital i think know you now ?

The term human capital is recognition that people in organisations and businesses are an important and essential asset who contribute to development and growth, in a similar way as physical assets such as machines and money. The collective attitudes, skills and abilities of people contribute to organisational performance and productivity. Any expenditure in training, development, health and support is an investment, not just an expense.

Talent management is approach undertaken to attract; develop and retain people with the aptitude and abilities to meet current and future organisational needs.
Thus talent management involves individual and organisational developments in response to a changing and complex operating environment.
It includes creations and maintenance of supportive people oriented organisation culture.
