Seeking Guidance: How Can My IT Company Achieve ISO 9001:2000 Certification?

Can anyone suggest to me how to apply for ISO 9001:2000 certification? What is the process or procedure to follow for that? My company is an IT product-based company and we are looking to apply and implement ISO 9000 Level. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the complete procedure.
