In our organization, we have identified four key persons in managerial cadre whom we want to groom as future leaders. For this, we have conducted a gap analysis and concluded that to develop their skills and competencies and enable them to take on higher responsibilities in the future, we need to enroll them in various training programs that will address the following competencies:
- Organizational Behavior
- Project Management
- Leadership Development
- Team Building
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strategic Thinking
- Proposal and Report Writing
- Participating in Workshops and Conferences
Could you please suggest a methodology to proceed with this? Is it possible to conduct such workshops in-house over a period of, say, 5-7 days, considering that they operate from different locations and may not be able to travel to Delhi frequently?
