Hi Poonam,360 deg is an appraisal method which is now used by most of the organizations.It is a method by an employees' performance feedback is given by everybody. ie... by his immediate supervisor, manager, peers, subordinates, internal customers, external customers... So an employee performance is given by all of them n thats y this is called 360 deg performance evaluation. Mostly questionnaires are used for getting the feedbcak.Thanks,Saravanan
