I Had Joined In Small Company - Doc Download

Hi to all
I have 5 month exp. in Videocon and then i shifted in mumbai
so i left that job, recently i have joined a small company, in there
i am first HR person so is it the right decision of mine.
And can u send me the some forms like JD/KRA, Appraisal, leave, Training Feedback form , Interview Assessment sheet

I think you have made a right decision....and not many people are fortunate to be the first recruiteee for HR department....
You have got a big chance in your way.....Grab It and make the full utilisation of it....
