Urvashi,
I fully agree with you that, such type of incidents should not happen. I would suggest you that, if that person tries to contact you once again, just disclose the name at CITE HR.

Dear Mr. Citehr Administrator,
I would like to request on the behalf of other members, to kindly look into the matter. Since, Ms. Urvashi Verma, had taken initiative to put the matter on the post and had shown a rare act of not disclosing the concerned name, I would once again request to punish that fellow by banning him from the Website, this will be a mirror for all others to act in a professional manner.
Myself along with the other members of the Citehr, apologizes to Urvashi Verma for the incident occoured with her.

Hi Urvashi
most unfortunate. to avoid such occurance, suggest visit Naukri, monster etc. and i am sure Cite HR Administrator would be having access to the data base of all its members. such person(s) should be black-listed.
Also i appeal to all (those who are applying for any positions) to find out frelevant information rom friends / relatives / job related sites rather than approaching / interacting with "invisible persons"
regards
ravsy

Ms Urvasi

I appreciate your courage to expose such cyber rascals. Now that you are going to be smart and careful push this incident behind and get along.

The recruitment scenario in general has taken a beating and will be so till at least the end of this fiscal year.

As an elderly person in Age, may I suggest you take up the following?

----Please improve on your English. It is not a rocket science. I pursued my studies in Telugu Medium till plus two. Because youngsters like you are all intelligent, you can pick up good grammar, written and spoken skills and do focus on the same for about 6 month’s .Practice, they say, make a Wo (man) perfect!

---Try to work with out any monetary expectation in any company, small unit .You may seek the help of your parents, Teachers. The employer usually will not have any problem.

---Pick up any front office job in HR, PR, etc.

---Please be in touch with me via this forum and am sure our Cite HR Community members are mature and kind enough to help you.

All the best

Dr P.S.S.Murthy
