Dear Mr. Suresh,

Kindly clarify for the Union Territory like Daman, Diu, Silvassa, Dadra.

In short, for one employee:
Rs 3 x 6 = 18
For the employer: 6 x 6 = 36
So, the total amount is 54 for 6 months. Is that the correct figure?

Can we deposit the same amount on a yearly basis?

With regards,

Dear friend,

The calculation you showed does not consider monthly submissions when you submit the LWF annually or half-yearly. In the last month, for example, if you submit in January, you should consider the December salary. If there are 50 employees:
In the December salary, the employee deduction is only Rs. 3 per person for one cover LWF.
Based on this, Rs. 3 * 50 = 150 (Employee)
Employer contribution: Rs. 6 * 50 = 300 (Employer)
The total amount is 450. You should pay by cheque, accompanied by a cover letter when submitting.

Thanks & Regards,
