Min Wages are State subject and each State has its own Minimum wages in India. Hope the attached file may be of some use.

Minimum wages is a state subject. Similarly the minimum wages comprise of basic wages and dearness allowance (the term DA may be replaced by some other terms) Normally the DA is variable according to changes in the cost of living index. Therefore, simply taking the rates of wages will not serve the purpose but due reference to the DA applicable may also be taken in to account.
