I am working with an Automobile Dealership and would like to measure the performance of the Sales Advisors. I have decided on some parameters such as:

- Sales Target Vs Achievement
- Behaviour
- Work days Vs present days

What are other parameters that can help me measure performance? Please give your suggestions.

One needs to be clear if sales are the only thing or outcome, or if other things can be taken into consideration via appraising. For example, hit rate, retention of customers, potential to do more, area in which he/she is working (e.g., city like Mumbai or Jaipur), knowledge of the industry vis-a-vis the company, and so on.
