i m doing my P.G in HR and now i ve to make a project on HR which should be related to our organisation. ..... bt as our organisation is not so big to apply these HR topics....... so plz help me out to find any suitable topic for my project.............

dear thanx for ur quick reply..... i m into the construction co. which is not so big organisation..... the business is basically related to construction of residential houses.... so which topic of HR will be the best suited.

its not a big organisation..... it has around 15-20 employees and we dont have any HR department or any department in our organisation.....
and we have to find an project guide for our project he should be MBA.
plz guide what should i do?
